Executive reporting & dashboards
The report is the product. Not the pipeline, not the model, not the database: the page a decision-maker reads on Monday morning. We build that page, and everything underneath it, to production quality.
What we build
Most organizations don't have a data problem, they have a translation problem. The numbers exist; nobody has shaped them into something leadership can act on. We close that gap with:
- Board packs and executive reports that lead with the answer, generated automatically on your schedule.
- KPI systems with a written metrics contract, so "revenue" means the same thing in every meeting.
- Official documents at production quality: report cards, statements, certificates, and compliance reports rendered from live data, correct every time.
- Live dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or fully custom web builds when the shelf tools can't say what you need.
- Automated delivery: PDFs to inboxes, dashboards refreshed before the workday starts, no human in the loop to forget.
How we build it
- Inventory the decisions. We start from what gets decided, not what data exists. Every report exists to move a specific decision.
- Write the metrics contract. Each number gets a definition, an owner, and a source of truth, agreed before anything is built.
- Build the pipeline. Extraction, cleaning, and calculation as versioned code, not spreadsheet folklore. Every figure traces to its source.
- Design the report. Bespoke layout and visual hierarchy, built for the person reading it. No default templates.
- Automate and maintain. Scheduled generation and delivery, alerting when data looks wrong, and documentation so your team can run it without us.
Proof: our term-anchored official report card system for Caribbean schools shipped to production and is in live use today. Our daily KPI reporting for a regional telecom went straight to senior management every morning.
What report do you wish existed?
Describe it in one paragraph. We'll tell you honestly what it takes to build.
