  1. Architect first. We study your context before touching a line of code. What exists, what it affects, and where the new work fits.
  2. Build to acceptance criteria. Scope is written down and agreed before the build. You know exactly what done means.
  3. Independent quality review. Work is checked by a reviewer who did not build it. Pass or fail, with specifics.
  4. Verify with evidence. Nothing is called finished without proof: real output, real tests, running software you can see.

Noyle Christopher is Senior Director of Data Analytics for Walmart Real Estate, where his team's applications support billions of dollars in revenue for the world's largest company. Across two decades he has built and led data science organizations at Walmart, The Mars Agency, and Ansira, and holds two granted US patents in machine learning.

Raised in a household that prized hard work and education, and proudly of Grenadian heritage, Noyle founded Anthurium Consulting to bring Fortune 1 caliber analytics and AI to organizations that could never justify a Fortune 1 budget, with a particular commitment to businesses and institutions across the Caribbean and developing markets.
